MechanicalEngineering (Hon.), 1977). I am a member in good standing of the Association ofProfessional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, License #23419. Myrelevant experience is consulting engineering and project management for more than30 years. I have been involved on projects throughout Canada, the UK, the US andAustralia including the successful development of two major mine projects with capitalexpenditures exceeding $2.5 billion and a port selection study for an iron ore marineexport facility with capital expenditures exceeding $4.5 billion. I am a “QualifiedPerson” for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 (the “Instrument”).My most recent personal inspection of the Property was August 7, 2012 for one day.
