Probabilmente già ora i giovani(più abili in informatica) nella misurain cui conoscono la lingua inglesee sono minimamente “letterati” algergo medico-sanitario possonoaccedere a siti di qualità come peresempio quelli prodotti dal NationalHealth Service britannico o daaltre agenzie pubbliche e, in Italia,dall’Istituto Mario Negri (www.partecipasalute.it).Sicuramente in un prossimofuturo internet e l’e-health sarannoun potentissimo strumento di“empowerment” del cittadino-consumatoreche tuttavia necessiterà,in particolare per il paziente, dellaverifica tramite la comunicazioneinterpersonale con un professionistadella sanità.In ogni caso, il confronto dialetticone sarà probabilmente arricchitoper tutte quelle situazionidove l’urgenza non imporrà decisioniimmediate. “Secondo Google stobenissimo” è una frase che si sentedire sempre più spesso. 17BIBLIOGRAFIA[1] Hadler NM.
