Tip To combine calculated data <strong>and</strong> existing data, it is necessary to pass all data<br />

through the calculation object. For example, if you need to combine Arrival<br />

Time with a new variable, add “Arrival Time” with just AT as variable (see<br />

above screen dump example under step 3). It is also necessary to remember<br />

which data are used in the child object. For example Diameter Statistics<br />

object requires at least AT, TT, LDA1, D with their correcsponding type to<br />

calculate flux <strong>and</strong> concnetration. If it one of the data is missing or if one type<br />

is incorrect, the following error message appears:<br />

Data structures When using input column names as variables you have to take into account<br />

syntax names. Some column names in <strong>BSA</strong> <strong>Flow</strong> <strong>Software</strong> have invalid<br />

syntax for the calculation object <strong>and</strong> have to be converted according to the<br />

rules given in the following table. Note that spaces nor brackets are valid in<br />

variable name.<br />
