Tip To combine calculated data and existing data, it is necessary to pass all data through the calculation object. For example, if you need to combine Arrival Time with a new variable, add “Arrival Time” with just AT as variable (see above screen dump example under step 3). It is also necessary to remember which data are used in the child object. For example Diameter Statistics object requires at least AT, TT, LDA1, D with their correcsponding type to calculate flux and concnetration. If it one of the data is missing or if one type is incorrect, the following error message appears: Data structures When using input column names as variables you have to take into account syntax names. Some column names in BSA Flow Software have invalid syntax for the calculation object and have to be converted according to the rules given in the following table.
