6.7 Analog/Digital Input Option<br />

6.7.1 <strong>Installation</strong><br />

With this option, simultaneous acquisition of LDA or PDA data <strong>and</strong> up to<br />

four analog signals <strong>and</strong> one digital input is possible. A <strong>BSA</strong> F or P processor<br />

has two slots available for analog inputs, so a total of eight analog inputs <strong>and</strong><br />

two digital inputs is possible using two sets.<br />

BNC adapter<br />

The analog input option consists of a circuit board, a cable for internal<br />

connection in the <strong>BSA</strong>, <strong>and</strong> an adapter with a 9-pin D-sub connector in one<br />

end <strong>and</strong> four BNC connectors in the other end.<br />

The Analog/Digital Input option includes both software <strong>and</strong> hardware.<br />
