6.8.3 Software set-up 6.8.4 Enabling inputs Once the software has been installed, a default configuration can be made from the Dantec Dynamics Device Configuration found in the Windows Control Panel folder. The default values can be modified individually in each project, using the properties of the Analog Monitor. The values set under Analog Monitor properties are stored with the data. The default values apply unless modified within the project. The property editor now shows the properties of the input shown in the field above the property list. You can select a Type for the input, and seven coefficients for a 6 th order polynomial for linearisation of the input. The procedure is the same as explained in section 6.8.3 The difference is that section 6.8.3 defines defaults, and this section defines the actual settings used in an experiment.
