The fourth format, Significant Digits, combines the two previous formats.<br />

By specifying the number of significant digits in the range 0 - 15 the value<br />

will be formatted using decimal point <strong>and</strong> if needed exponential factor.<br />

Compared to the two previous formats values may be presented both with<br />

<strong>and</strong> without an exponential factor. This means, that the values can look very<br />

different in format, but they will always have the correct number of<br />

significant digits corresponding to the selected precision.<br />

If the Change button is clicked, the following menu appears:<br />

This dialog can be used to convert from metric to imperial units, <strong>and</strong> to set<br />

number of digits displayed in numerical values.<br />

The changed units will take effect after you rerun your project.<br />

Note If you want to change the format in a List you should select the Format<br />

comm<strong>and</strong> for the context menu of the list. The unit formats are an overall<br />

formatting <strong>and</strong> should not be used to format lists locally.<br />
