THE SECRET TO lUCK!
If it is one time, two times, we can say “Lucky.” But I have always
performed in different fields of business, in different companies and I
keep being promoted every 8 – 10 months, and each time with a salary
increase minimum of 20% and maximum of 40%! That is not “lucky.”
After 13 years working, I’ve figured out the formula that keeps getting
me promoted again and again and in any company (regardless
that company may have a bad reputation about C&B system, process,
etc…) Luckily, that method not only can apply to me; if you know and
practice the same thing, I am sure you can do the same with your career.

Wow, it looks like a bomb, right? Yes! This is the bomb that blows
away my poverty that blows all the barriers and blasted me from a
dishwasher to a restaurant manager, and keeps me promoted fast in
any company that I joined, and blasted me from employment at a small
company to a big company. So, let’s start with the first T:
1. tHe FirSt Word iS: talk to yoUrSelF
Tell yourself, “this is the only choice you have – you have no better
choice, therefore, you should do your best to retain this job and to grow
within this company.”
It means this: as soon as you join a company, please do not work for
them and still be searching for another job. If you do that, you will
lack focus and you will find a lot of negative reasons to not become an
Excellent Performer.
Someone asked me, “If I have a better opportunity, why shouldn’t I
choose it?”
Yes you can, but remember where you will start. You are new in the
industry, you can’t find a better company to join, and you think that
there is no fast way to become an expert plus you don’t think you can
get promoted after only eight months – it’s the impossible mission.
