Whatever the endeavor, cover your territory completely. Be<br />
thorough, research, study and leave no stone unturned. When<br />
you cheat, you lose. There are no paved roads to life’s greatest<br />
achievements. Keep persisting; every “no” leads you closer to<br />
a “yes.” It’s the Law of Averages.<br />
6. Maintain A Positive Mental Attitude<br />
When pushing to the front you are guaranteed to face<br />
adversity; seeing The Overall Picture is the key to preserving<br />
your attitude. Keep your eyes on the prize. Attitude is so<br />
critical; it shows up twice in The 8 Steps. Stay focused on<br />
your purpose and develop the mental discipline to protect your<br />
attitude when negativity comes your way. The weak allow<br />
the situation to change their attitude for the worse, while the<br />
strong use their attitude to change their situation for the better.<br />
7. Know Why You’re Here And Where You’re Going<br />
We do the things today that most people aren’t willing to do, so<br />
we can afford to do the things tomorrow that most people can’t<br />
afford to do! This is the step all the others revolve around. It’s<br />
about the desire that burns deep in your heart. Success begins<br />
with clarity of purpose. Your purpose – your reason why –<br />
keeps you pushing to the front. In the end, making money is<br />
rarely enough to keep you motivated. You have to love what<br />
you do and know exactly why you’re doing it. Whether you<br />
desire to change your family’s financial DNA, retire your<br />
parents and yourself early, create financial security, create the<br />
lifestyle you always dreamed of or leave a legacy, whatever it<br />
is – your why has to make you cry. Dream big and never stop<br />
dreaming, but remember you have to get out there every day<br />
and make those dreams a reality. Bottom line, remember Why<br />
You’re Here And Where You’re Going and do whatever it<br />
takes to get there.<br />
