In real life, there are only a few things that are truly “impossible.” Most
are only “impossible” with the amount that the customer is willing to pay.”
Therefore, first, just calculate, make the plan then … let them choose.
What if they choose the “first class & 5 Star” option?
Then, you must be more than happy right? You must be happy because
you have a chance to serve a premium service. If not, you also gain the
knowledge, experience, and much more important you have a chance
to learn from real life.
3. laStly, tHe tHird Word iS: take action:
An idea is just an idea. Setting a goal or plan is just a preparation stage.
Therefore, the only way to achieve what you want, such as: Promotion,
Respect, etc… You have to create your value by Taking Action.
You don’t know about your company’s business: so spend your time to
learn more.
You don’t want to lose your job: so work harder.
You don’t want to work long hours: so figure out a better way to do
your job that much more efficiently! (This could be an entire course.)
You want to get promoted fast: so take on more tasks and achieve them,
create more value for yourself.
You don’t know what to do? Then do simple things such as: find your
coach, your mentor and seek their advice. Do not just sit at one place
and think: “If they care for me, they should come and tell me what to
do.” No, that’s not correct. If you don’t care for yourself, no one will.
How to ask for advice and approach is another subject entirely. However,
I do get some questions like this:
“The owner is a jerk; he always wants me to work more but won’t increase
my salary. Why should I work more for a company like that?”
