Sounds like a lot? You may say “You’re crazy, I don’t have time for all
of this!!! My people would never do it!!!”

It is not easy, but then again, it is not hard if done over a period of
time. Remember:
“Success – Doing the right things in small amounts
over a long period of time”
This does not take as much time as it does commitment to doing it. I
have been implementing this process with businesses of all types and
sizes. It is the first time, in my long career, where I have seen actual
change take place in a company, and actual follow-through on ideas
and concepts until they are implemented and executed upon.
Now we understand the Matrix and the Habits we must instill in our
business. You might ask, where does one start? First, whenever you are
faced with an overwhelming task: Eat the elephant one bite at a time.
Take that first step, take Action, any action toward your goal will give
you tremendous energy. Then develop these habits and don’t STOP!
