1. This dairy milk plant is located in San CarJos, Alajuela about 100 )an
away from San Jose, where there is a high concentration of sawrnill
slabs, aproximatly 100 tons/day
2. They use on boiler per week (350 BHP one week and 500 BHP the other)
3. The hot air heater is use to make dust milk, no technical data was
possible to get from this boiler, it is a DenmaMk brand.
4. 20 hours/day and 183 days/year is the working time for the steam
boilers.
5. 20 hours/day and 365 days/year is the working tire for the hot air
boiler.
6. The gasification system may be a 350 BHP capacity, and it should be
matched to 500 BHP boiler as weU.
7. The gasifier system for hot. air boiler should be determined.'
