Call Control<br />

+CSSN, Supplementary Service Notifications<br />

This command handles the enabling and disabling of supplementary service-related,<br />

network-initiated, notifications.<br />

The Set command enables/disables the<br />

display of notification result codes to<br />

the TE.<br />

When =1 and a supplementary<br />

service notification is received after a<br />

mobile-originated call setup, the<br />

+CSSI: notification is sent to the TE<br />

before any other mobile-originated call<br />

setup result codes. When several<br />

different notifications are received<br />

from the network, each of them<br />

receives its own +CSSI result code.<br />

When =1 and a supplementary<br />

service notification is received during<br />

a mobile-terminated call setup or<br />

during a call, or when a forward check<br />

supplementary service notification is<br />

received, the unsolicited result code<br />

+CSSU: is sent to the TE. In case of a<br />

mobile-terminated call setup, a CSSU<br />

is sent after every +CLIP result code<br />

(“+CLIP, Calling Line Identification”<br />

on page 3-20). When several different<br />

events are received from the network,<br />

each of them receives its own +CSSU<br />

result code.<br />

Note: The values for and <br />

are not saved after power<br />

cycle.<br />

Read +CSSN? +CSSN: , The Read command displays the<br />

current supplementary service<br />

notification setting.<br />

Test +CSSN=? +CSSN: (0-1), (0-1) The Test command displays the list of<br />

supported CSSN values.<br />
