Note: 1. The +MIND values are saved through power cycle only.
2. In case of multichannel configuration (MCONN=1 , MCONN=4 or MCONN=5)
a. All reports are directed to the control channel.
b. "Ready" indication is available as control channel readiness only (not available for
a data channel).

For '3' (RING), although both configuration values (1 &2) are available,
There is only a string indication ("RING")
H24 default value:
+MIND:0,0,0,1
// By default (device out of factory), only ring indication is enabled.
