+CPOL, Preferred Operators
This command is used to edit the list of preferred network operators located in the SIM card.

entire index range supported by the
SIM.

Operator format type:
0 Long format alphanumeric
1 Short format alphanumeric
2 Numeric
Name of the network operator (depends on ).
GSM access technology:
0 Access technology not selected
1 Access technology selected
