Call ID value in 1-2 range represents a valid Call ID and can be used for +MIPCALL set command type. Call ID value 0 is used in +MIPCALL read command type and responses, when no active call found. 0 - close a Network Call 1 - open a Network Call 2 - open a Circuit Switched Call 1 PDP Context Identifier in 0-16 range. 1-16 range is valid PDP CID values, 0 - value represents invalid CID 2 .
