Description<br />

Determines SMS-ST<strong>AT</strong>US-REPORTs indication report:<br />

0 No SMS-ST<strong>AT</strong>US-REPORTs indications are routed to the TE (default)<br />

1 SMS-ST<strong>AT</strong>US-REPORTs are routed directly to the TE using the following<br />

un-solicited result code (+CDS parameters are described in Table 3-58):<br />

2 If SMS-ST<strong>AT</strong>US-REPORT is stored in the ME/TA, indication of the memory<br />

location is routed to the TE using unsolicited result code (+CDSI parameters are<br />

Handles buffering result codes:<br />

0 TA buffer of unsolicited result codes defined within this command is flushed to<br />

the TE when 1,2 is Entered (default).<br />

1 TA buffer of unsolicited result codes defined within this command is cleared<br />

when 1,2 is entered.<br />

Memory storage where the new message is stored according to +CPMS <br />

settings, i.e. "SM" or "ME".<br />

Index where short message as been stored in .<br />

Note: Buffer can hold up to 15 SMSs indications.<br />

+CNMA, New Message Acknowledgment<br />

This command allows acknowledgement of received incoming SMS-DELIVER (+CMT) or<br />

SMS-ST<strong>AT</strong>US-REPORT (+CDS) routed directly to TE when +CSMS command =1.<br />

In case acknowledge is not send within required time, an RP-ERROR is send to network, +CNMI<br />

parameters and are clear and next incoming SMS indication is disable.<br />

In TEXT mode, only positive acknowledgement to the network (RP-ACK) is possible.<br />
