+MIPCLOSE, Close a Socket
This command causes the module to close a previously opened socket. Data, stored in socket, but
not yet pushed to network, will be lost.

Note: 1 ) The Set command returns an ERROR indication when the command's process fails (see
Table 3-218). Error-Code is returned when numeric/verbose responses mode is enabled.
2 ) The Read command's asynchronous response returns a list of active sockets per CallID,
for example:
+MIPCLOSE: 1:1,3,7
+MIPCLOSE: 2:15,16,17,18,20
When no active sockets are found for an active call, the Read command asynchronous
response is 0 per CallID, for example:
+MIPCLOSE: 1:0
+MIPCLOSE: 2:0
3 ) When no active sockets are found, the Read command asynchronous response is '0'.
