Signal Quality (%)
Range [0 - 7]
The path loss criterion parameter.
Range: signed int16
The C2 criterion is used for cell ranking in the GSM cell-reselection process.
Range: signed int16
The signal level threshold criterion parameter.
Range: signed int16
The cell-ranking criterion parameter.
Range: signed int16
TA (Timing Advance) is defined for serving GSM cell only. This value will be
reported only in Dedicated and TBF modes.
Valid value range is from 0 to 63.
UTRA Absolute Radio Frequency Channel Number (Downlink)

Band 2100: 10562 - 10838
Band 850: 4357 - 4458 additional 1007, 1012, 1032, 1037, 1062, 1087

Primary Scrambling Code

Received Signal Code Power, the received power on one code measured on the
Primary CPICH.
Range: -125 ... -25 dBm
Received energy per chip divided by the power density in the band.
Range: 0...63.
Note: If MCI output parameter is not defined in GSM/WCDMA mask, it does not appear in
report.
If MCI output parameter is not relevant and can't be retrieved it is omitted (comma
appears).
If MCICFG command is not set to 1, MCI set command request return error - operation
not allowed (see MCICFG command).
