This command specifies the PDP (Packet Data Protocol) context.<br />

The Set command specifies the context<br />

PDP context. A special form of the Set<br />

command, +CGDCONT= <br />

causes the values for context number<br />

to become undefined.<br />

Note: To delete a context use this<br />

parameter without any other<br />

parameters or commas. If a<br />

context does not exist then OK<br />

will be returned.<br />

E.g. <strong>AT</strong>+CGDCONT=3 will<br />

delete PDP context number 3.<br />

Description<br />

Numeric parameter specifying a particular PDP context definition (PDP Context<br />

Identifier). The parameter is local to the Terminal-Mobile Terminal interface and is<br />

used in other PDP context-related commands.<br />

The Test command returns the range of permitted values (minimum value=1).<br />

String parameter (in quotation marks) specifying the type of packet data protocol:<br />

IP Internet Protocol (IETF STD 5)<br />

String parameter (in quotation marks), which is a logical name that is used to select<br />

the GGSN or the external packet data network.<br />

If the value is null or omitted, the subscription value is requested.<br />
