+CGDCONT, Define PDP Context
This command specifies the PDP (Packet Data Protocol) context.

The Set command specifies the context
identification parameter values for a
PDP context. A special form of the Set
command, +CGDCONT=
causes the values for context number
to become undefined.
Note: To delete a context use this
parameter without any other
parameters or commas. If a
context does not exist then OK
will be returned.
E.g. AT+CGDCONT=3 will
delete PDP context number 3.

The Read command returns the current
settings for each defined context.

The Test command returns the values
supported as a compound value. If the
ME supports several PDP types,
, the parameter value
ranges for each are
returned on a separate line.

Description
Numeric parameter specifying a particular PDP context definition (PDP Context
Identifier). The parameter is local to the Terminal-Mobile Terminal interface and is
used in other PDP context-related commands.
The Test command returns the range of permitted values (minimum value=1).
String parameter (in quotation marks) specifying the type of packet data protocol:
IP Internet Protocol (IETF STD 5)
String parameter (in quotation marks), which is a logical name that is used to select
the GGSN or the external packet data network.
If the value is null or omitted, the subscription value is requested.
