X, Result Code Selection and Call Progress Monitoring Control<br />

This command defines the CONNECT result code format. It determines whether or not the H24<br />

transmits particular result codes to the user. It also controls whether the H24 verifies the presence<br />

of dial tone when it first goes off-hook to begin dialing, and whether the engaged tone (busy<br />

signal) detection is enabled.<br />

The Set command sets the result code<br />

and call progress monitoring control.<br />

Read <strong>AT</strong>X? <br />

Test<br />

The Test command for X is not defined<br />

by ITU, and therefore is not supported<br />

by the H24. The H24 returns an error.<br />

The default value is 0.<br />

Note: When <strong>AT</strong>+CBST=0 and <strong>AT</strong>X>0, data rate is not returned after 'CONNECT' unless it's an<br />

MT call in GSM. The data rate returned in MT side is the network's and not the ME's.<br />
