Modem Configuration and Profile Sleep Commands Description +MSLEEP, Enable/Disable Sleep Mode This command enables or disables the H24 to enter Sleep Mode. The value at power up is H24 Sleep Mode disabled. Command Type Syntax Response/Action Remarks Set AT+MSLEEP= 1 OK ERROR or: +CME ERROR: Read AT+MSLEEP? 2 OK Test AT+MSLEEP=? +MSLEEP: (0-1) OK Note: 1 ) The set command sets the status of the Sleep Mode [enabled/disabled]. 2 ) The read command returns the current status of the Sleep Mode. The following table shows the +MSLEEP parameters. Table 3-171: +MSLEEP Parameters Description This parameter enables/disables the Sleep Mode. 0 Disabled (H24 does not enter Sleep Mode, the H24 stay active all time). 1 Enable the H24 to enter to Sleep Mode. The default value is 0. The value does not save in NV, means that after power up it will be always 0 (disable). Chapter 3: AT Commands Reference S24, Set Number of Seconds Delay Before H24 Enters Sleep Mode The terminal sends ATS24=5, AT+MSLEEP=1 and if there are no radio and UART activities, the H24 enters sleep mode in 5 seconds. If terminal has some indication of the CTS pin activity, it can see: • If +MSCTS=0 (default), the line changes its state upon entering/existing sleep mode. • If +MSCTS=1, the line is switched off at the moment of entering Sleep mode and stays off even if H24 is awakened. (For more information refer to “+MSCTS, Enable/Disable CTS During Wakeup Period” on page 3-257.)
