+MSLEEP This command enables or disables the H24 to enter Sleep Mode. Page 3-254

+MSCTS
This command sets the amount of time, in seconds, which H24 waits
from the moment it detects that it can enter Sleep Mode until it
actually enters Sleep Mode.
This command enables or disables (with zero value) the
WKUPOUT pulses generation.
In order to limit the number of interrupts on the Terminal side and
reduce data sending delay time on H24 side, the H24 can configure
to generate WKUPOUT pulses when the interval (in [seconds])
between one burst of sent data to the other is bigger than specified in
ATS100.
This command defines the behavior of the CTS line when the H24 is
in Sleep mode.

This command enables/disables the use of result code +CME
ERROR: as an indication of an error relating to the
functionality of the H24.
This command returns an extended error report containing one or
more lines of information text, determined by the manufacturer,
providing the reasons for the
call-clearing errors.

This command provides limited access to the Elementary Files on
the SIM.
This command allows a direct control of the SIM by a distant
application on the TE.

This command enables unsolicited reporting of indications of SIM
deactivation and invalidation. The indications include the cause for
