+CLCK, Facility Lock
This command locks, unlocks or interrogates an H24 or a network facility (any kind of call
barring program). A password is mandatory for performing locking and unlocking actions, but
not for querying. Facilities locking/unlocking takes effect after the next power cycle, except for
the personalization facilities (PN, PU, PP, PC, PF) which take effect immediately. When querying
the status of a single call barring program =2, the for each call type will be
returned.
Note: To unlock a personalization facility when using a foreign SIM card, one should unlock
the H24 using +CPIN command with the Network PIN.
