Description
First octet of 3GPP TS 23.040 SMS-COMMAND in integer format.
TP-Command-Type in integer format.
TP-Protocol-Identifier in integer format.
TP-Message-Number in integer format
TP-Destination-Address-Value field in string format; BCD numbers are converted to
characters of the currently selected TE character set.
TP-Destination-Address Type-of-Address octet.
TP-Message-Reference in integer format.
TP-Service-Centre-Time-Stamp in time-string format.
Length of the actual TP data unit in octets.
RP-User-Data element of RP-ACK PDU (When +CSMS value is 1 and
network supports).
