+CSMS, Select Message Service.<br />

This command handles the selection of messaging . It returns the types of messaging<br />

services supported by the H24.<br />

The Set command sets the type of<br />

service and returns the types of<br />

messages supported by the H24.<br />

The Read command returns the<br />

supported message types along with<br />

the current service setting.<br />

Test +CSMS=? +CSMS: The Test command returns a list of all<br />

the services supported by the terminal.<br />

The following table shows the +CSMS parameters.<br />

Description<br />

0 Acknowledge (RP-ACK) for incoming SMS-Deliver and SMS-Status-Report<br />

is sent immediately when those messages arrives H24 and +CNMI parameter =2<br />

or/and =1. =0 is default value.<br />

• Acknowledge (RP-ACK) for incoming SMS-Deliver or SMS-Status-Report<br />

may be sent via acknowledge command +CNMA when SMS-Deliver or<br />

SMS-Status-Report messages arrives H24 and +CNMI parameter =2<br />

or/and =1. In case acknowledge command +CNMA is not given within<br />

required time an error (RP-ERROR) is sent to network.<br />

• In case network support & text mode: service center time stamp is added to<br />

+CMGC, +CMSS and +CMGS commands report.<br />

In case network support & pdu mode: ackpdu (network SUBMIT-Report without SC<br />

address) will be added to +CMGC, +CMSS and +CMGS commands report.<br />
