+CPWD, Change Password
This command sets a new password for the facility lock.
A password can be changed only if the provided password has been verified. The
entered password must also comply with the password rules. The facility value
is not case-sensitive. In the pass-word value, letters are not allowed.
Note: Changing of SIM facility requires that the facility will be enabled (Refer to “+CLCK,
Facility Lock” on page 3-221).

Description
List of supported facilities. All the facility messages, except for SC and P2, are sent to
the network. (The facilities are not case-sensitive.)
SC SIM (lock SIM card)
The SIM requests the password during H24 power-up and when this command is
issued.
AB All Barring services. Facility messages of barring services are sent to the
network.
P2 SIM PIN2.
String type, 4-8 character password specified for the facility from the H24 user
interface.
String type, 4-8 character new password specified by the user.
Maximum length of the facility password. Integer type.
