We are conv<strong>in</strong>ced that the consideration of nutrient density and nutritional health of food is important <strong>in</strong><br />

the context of the environmental debate. Furthermore, environmental impacts of meals can be directly l<strong>in</strong>ked<br />

to nutritional considerations of meals.<br />
