In the yoghurt case study, four different sizes of product and packag<strong>in</strong>g systems are compared. The result<br />

shows that the packag<strong>in</strong>g for the largest product unit has the lowest total impact on global warm<strong>in</strong>g. The<br />

yoghurt dr<strong>in</strong>k bottle has the highest global warm<strong>in</strong>g potential due to heavy packag<strong>in</strong>g per unit and therefore<br />

also high packag<strong>in</strong>g waste after consumption. The packag<strong>in</strong>g system represents b<strong>et</strong>ween 6% and 14% of<br />

global warm<strong>in</strong>g potential for the four different yoghurt product and packag<strong>in</strong>g systems.<br />
