We are address<strong>in</strong>g these challenges <strong>in</strong> the Sust<strong>Food</strong>Choice project, where m<strong>et</strong>hodological development<br />

and case-study results regard<strong>in</strong>g several food products are pursued <strong>in</strong> cooperation with the F<strong>in</strong>nish food <strong>in</strong>dustry.<br />
