Creating AAP functions<br />

Unlike the so-called “user-defined functions” considered up to now,<br />

which describe reference values in relation to time, in the AAP area the<br />

dependency of one reference value in relation to another is considered.<br />

The AAP characteristic curve is created with the aid of the TopControl<br />

application (or using a custom program). Points can also be loaded via<br />

a CSV file.<br />

If you import function parameters via a CSV file, pay attention to the data<br />

series you have defined as the reference values for the input<br />

(X axis) and the output (Y axis) so that you obtain the desired result.<br />

The window for editing AAP curves has a similar structure to the window<br />

for user-defined functions and has the same functionality.<br />

The various areas of the editor window are described below. For explanations<br />

on the remaining controls, please refer to “Creating userdefined<br />

functions”,see Table 95, Seite 196.<br />
