Small tufted epiphytes not pseudobulbous; stems simple or<br />
branched. Leaves 1 or 2, narrow coriaceous or fleshy. Flowers<br />
very small rarely medium solitary or in a tuft white or pink, lateral<br />
sepals forming a mentum. Petals narrower. Lip adnate to column<br />
foot by the claw, blade entire fleshy. Column short, tip broad;<br />
stigma very large with two long arms. Column foot long; anther<br />
2-celled. Pollinia 8. Species 20 or more, Indo-Malaya, Polynesia.<br />

I suppose this to be Blume's C. subulata. Specimens of C. gracilis Bl.<br />
from Blume, in Herb. Kew, have flat, not terete leaves, as Blume descnbes.<br />
But I have seen no specimen of our species from Java.<br />
