Little tufted plant, 2 to 4 in. tall. Leaves linear-Ianceolate
bilobed, 2 in. long, '25 in. wide. Racemes I to 3 sub-terminal
erect, 3 in. long, woolly, base nude. Flowers 20 or more crowded,
very small. Sepals ovate white woolly. Petals narrower lorate.
Lip as long, 3-lobed, side-lobes falcate, ovate acute, midlobe cordate
acute, a conic yellow callus in middle, white with a row of violet
spots on the side lobes. Column short, abruptly dilate above,
white. Anther pink. Capsule terete, '5 in. long. Hab. Mangroves
and other trees. Singapore (Cuming), Kranji (Ridley).

Stem tall stout compressed. Leaves oblong-Ianceolate acuminate,
thinly coriaceous; nerves elevate; 6 in. long, 1'25 in. wide.
Racemes sub-terminal 4, over I ft. long, covered with small tufts
of white hairs. Flowers very numerous. Bracts lanceolate reflexed,
'05 in. long. Pedicel and ovary hairy, '25 in. long. Upper
sepal small oblong blunt, laterals large, nearly '5 in. long, oblong
lanceolate broad at base; mentum as long as sepal; all sprinkled
with tufts of white hairs. Petals small linear-oblong. Lip'5 in.
long, side-lobes long oblong blunt, midlobe fan-shaped small with
a large blunt hairy callus on the lip and a conic woolly callus at
the base of the lip. Column very small, foot long. Hab. Rare.

Stems tufted, 12 in. tall, stout leafy. Leaves 9 to 18 in. long,
1'5 in. wide, lorate distichous bilobed. Racemes 3 solitary in
upper axils, over 12 in. long, woolly. Flowers numerous, '25 in.
wide. Bracts ovate acuminate, '12 in. long. Upper sepal ovate
blunt, laterals broad ovate, mentum short; all woolly outside,
greenish spotted and tipped purple. Petals linear pink. Lip
greenish yellow, side-lobes round blunt; midlobe of 2 linear processes,
disc white raised with 2 red keels. Capsule terete, I in.
long. Hab. Mountain forests on rocks and trees. Pahang, Telom;
Bukit Fraser (Burkill). Perak, Thaiping Hills at 3000 to 4000 it.
