Sepals lanceolate acuminate. Petals short, oblong ciliate blunt.
Lip tongue-shaped, blunt channelled, ciliate. Column arms short,
blunt. Hab. Singapore (cult Loddiges' Garden). Perak, Kamuning
(Machado).

Tufted plant; pseudo bulbs very small crowded. Leaf linear
acute, base narrowed, 4 in. long, '5 in. wide. Raceme slender,
3 in. long. Flowers IS scattered, white, '25 in. long. Sepals
lanceolate caudate, laterals gibbous at base. Petals linear-Ianceolate
much shorter. Lip lanceolate, side-lobes erect obscure, midlobe
narrow fleshy pustular. Column short, foot long, arms narrow
acuminate. Hab. Perak (Scortechini). Penang Hill (Curtis).

Rhizome nearly '25 in. through; pseudo bulbs o. Leaf oblanceolate
or oblong-oblanceolate sub-acute, 6 to 8 in. long, '75 in. wide;
petiole I to 3 in. long. Raceme 5 in. long, basal inch nude. Flowers
numerous scattered, '25 in. long. Bract lanceolate as long as
ovary. Sepals lanceolate acuminate, laterals gibbous at base.
Petals less than one-third length, fleshy papillose, lanceolate blunt.
Lip as long oblong-Ianceolate entire blunt pubescent. Column very
small, foot longer, arms erect acute. Hab. Mountains. Pahang,
K'luang Terbang (Barnes). Selangor, Bukit Fraser (Burkill).
Perak, Gunong Batu Putih (Wray); Thaiping Hills at 4000 ft.
altitude.

16 in. long, stout. Flowers very numerous to base, orange turning
white, fragrant. Bracts lanceolate acuminate, '12 in. long. Sepals
lanceolate sub-acute. Petals very small ovate-Ianceolate. Lip
very small curved obscurely 3-lobed, ovate, sides upcurved, midlobe
tongue-shaped, flat blunt. Column thick, foot oblong, arms
entire or 2-toothed, erect acute. H abo Pahang, Tahan River.
