Stem slender, 6 in. long or more. Leaves terete acute, 4'5 in.<br />

long, '12 in. thick; sheaths ribbed and wrinkled, '5 in. long. Raceme<br />

slender, 4 in. long. Flowers few remote, '25 in. wide. Upper<br />

sepal oblanceolate hooded, laterals oblique-ovate much larger.<br />

Petals broad spathulate oblique. Lip side-lobes falcate lanceolate,<br />

midlobe hast ate, basal lobes rounded, spur curved blunt. Column<br />

as long as foot. Hab. Rare. Johor, Bukit Banang near Batu<br />

Pahat (Ridley).<br />

Stems tufted branched, 4 in. tall. Leaves rigid terete recurved<br />

blunt, I in. long; sheaths'2 in. long, strongly ribbed and cancellate.<br />

Racemes 2 to 2'5 in. long, lax. Bracts ovate sheathing persistent.<br />

Pedicels '25 in. long. Sepals oblong rounded, upper one magenta.<br />

laterals falcate broad, brownish green mottled red. Petals oblong<br />

blunt as long, '1 in. long. Lip shortly clawed, side-lobes erect<br />

triangular, midlobe porrect much longer triangular-Ianceolate<br />

acuminate, spur scrotiform, an oblong thick blunt callus in mouth of<br />

spur. Column tall, winged above. Hab. Pahang, Gunong Senyum<br />

(Evans).<br />

Stem '5 in. long. Leaves falcate linear acute, 2 to 3 in. long.<br />

Scape '5 in. long, muricate; raceme very short. Flowers nearly<br />

'5 in. wide. Upper sepal lanceolate, laterals adnate to column,<br />

much larger oblanceolate. Petals linear-Ianceolate, all cream with<br />

pink spots. Lip, side-lobes linear curved, midlobe bilobed, lobes<br />

linear, spur curved short blunt. Column tall slender, foot narrow.<br />

Capsule narrow cylindric, 1'5 in. long. Hab. In damp rocky spots.<br />

Pahang, Rota Glanggi. Malacca (Maingay). Negri Sembilan,<br />

Siliau (Williams). Selangor, Batu Caves. Perak, Larut (Runstler).<br />
