Stem I to 2 in. tall. Leaves orbicular or ovate, purple brown<br />

reticulated with gold, I to 2 in. long, I in. wide. Scapes 4 to 6 in.<br />

tall, 3 or 4 flowers at tip pubescent. Sepals dull red pubescent,<br />

upper one greenish attached to white petals '5 in. long, laterals<br />

ovate-lanceolate. Lip straight white, claw narrow fimbriate, blade<br />

transverse oblong, lobes round with median tooth, spur horizontal,<br />

2 masses of papillre inside. Hab. In dark forests. Perak, Thaiping<br />

Hills. Kedah Peak (Ridley). Distrib. Sumatra, Java.<br />
