Stem short. Leaves long oblanceolate acutely bifid, 4 to 8 in.<br />

long, I to 1'5 in. wide. Scape I in. long; raceme not thickened;<br />

bracts small ovate, not distichous. Flowers white, '5 in. wide.<br />

Sepals lanceolate sub-acute mucronulate on back. Petals lanceolate<br />

smaller. Lip not half as long, narrowed at the base, dilate saccate<br />

forwards, obcuneate with a fleshy terminal linear lobe. Column<br />

short thick footless with broad triangular acuminate arms. Anther<br />

beaked. Hab. Perak (Kunstler) drawing only.<br />

I am very dubIOUS as to which genus this should be referred to, having<br />

seen no specimen.<br />

Stem 6 in. long, broad fiat. Leaves fieshy oblong blunt, 2 in.<br />

I in. long, slightly thickened. Bracts rather distant lanceolate.<br />

Flowers '25 in. wide, white. Sepals lanceolate acuminate, laterals<br />

enlarged at base. Petals linear-Ianceolate. Lip saccate at base,<br />

side-lobes long linear acuminate, midlobe shorter, ovate, a blunt<br />

round callus, white, a yellow spot outside base. Capsule linear<br />

cylindric, 3 in. long. Hab. lohor, Kwala Sedili Besar and Pulau<br />

Aor (Feilding). Dtstrtb. Christmas Isle.<br />

Stem 1'5 in. long. Leaves lorate, 2 in. long, '25 in. wide,<br />

bilobed blunt. Peduncles 3 in. long; racemes '25 in. long, not<br />

thickened. Bracts lanceolate acuminate recurved. Flowers '25 in.<br />

wide. Upper sepallanceolate acute, laterals triangular acute, pale<br />

yellow, with an orange spot at base. Petals sub-spathulate yellow.<br />

Lip, side-lobes long linear white, midlobe blunt recurved, fleshy,<br />

white with orange central spot. Capsule cylindric, 2 in. long.<br />

Hab. Rare. On trees. Pahang, Pekan (Ridley).<br />

Pseudobulbous epiphytes. Leaves linear or oblong articulate.<br />

Scap_e racemose or panicles slender, lateral. Flowers small pink<br />

and white or yellow. Sepals and petals narrow spreading, lateral<br />

sepals sometimes connate. Lip spurless, adnate to column halfway<br />

up, 3-lobed, centraL callus. Column tall arched hooded curved,<br />

arms long slender, porrect. Anther ovate. Pollinia 2, narrow, a<br />

long slender caudicle and very small disc. Rostellum ovate entire.
