Stem stout, I ft. long. Leaves oblong or linear, very coriaceous
blunt bilobed, 6 in. long, 1 to 2 in. wide, sheaths 1 in. long. Raceme
stout decurved, 4 to 8 in. long, sometimes branched; rachis pubescent.
Bracts'5 in. long. Flowers'5 in. wide; pedicel and ovary
'25 in. long. Sepals ovate-Ianceolate, blunt yellowish with 2 red
bands or thickly dotted red. Petals lanceolate smaller. Lip sidelobes
oblong blunt, midlobe lanceolate blunt yellow tinted red;
spur '25 in. long, tip dilate bilobed; callus thin forked, septum more
or less developed. Hab. Singapore, Dalvey Road. Selangor.

I in. thick. Raceme long slender, lower half nude. Flowers
scattered, '5 in. across. Pedicels'5 in. long. Sepals oblong-ovate.
Petals smaller oblanceolate blunt greenish tinted red. Lip pink,
side-lobes horn-shaped, midlobe short ovate blunt; spur cylindric,
septum complete, callus long thick blunt. Hab. Rare. Johor,

4 to 5 in. long, I in. wide, thick coriaceous. Raceme 10 in. long,
very slender. Peduncle 6 in. long, nude purple. Flowers distant
small; rachis black scurfy; pedicel and ovary '2 in. long, yellow
green. Sepals ovate-oblong, '1 in. long, dark red brown. Petals
linear. Lip side-lobes truncate yellowish, midlobe cordate acute
centre violet, edge white; spur cylindric flattened white, nearly as
long as pedicel; callus an oblong truncate fleshy decurved lamina,
no septum. Column tall, violet. Anther truncate, emarginate in
front. Hab. Rare. Perak, Kamuning (Machado).
