Bracts lanceolate. Flowers medium to large. Calyx-tube cylindric
nearly solid, lobes 3, lanceolate. Petals 2, small lanceolate, one
(the lip) very large obovate. Stamens 5, short. Style I, stigma
3-armed. Capsule fusiform acute. Seeds numerous flask-shaped,
hairy. Genus I, Oreludantha (Lowia). Species 3, Borneo and
Malay Peninsula.

Stemless plants. Leaves elliptic or oblong petioled. Flowers
in a panicled cluster from among the leaves, sometimes very large.
