POST: Difficult - to get anywhere!
MANDALA: An eye, a chink to peer through – and into. A pupa. Colours:
Yellow, chess b/w. the tangle, green leaves, red.
Theme: Change the perspective. Explore, investigate, differentiate. Going
into the tangle without being afraid. Necessary to get a fresh view ... of the
world and oneself! Heorine’s journey? (Cd provided)
1. Standing at the bottom of the tub. A white lily falls down. Beutiful
in contrast to the rusty red. There’s a long way up...
2. Glimpses of blue sky. Sprinkling water. I am in waterfall. The
jungle. Eyes observing me. What? I am an ice cube. Cracks. I step
out. Light blue dress. Feel calm. I am being blown away, upwards,
towards the sky. White clouds, a long way down.
3. Something big is taking care of me. A swan brings me down to
earth. Like a fast movie – that cracks.
4. I grasp it and looks around. A lady is very eager to involve me in
the film. A pink dress with train. I go in and look at an abyss –
5.
lava-like.
I am a feather falling. A smell of something burning, and of blood
(the bag of blood, I see myself in hospital bed without hair, not
nice). The lave has hardened. Darkness
6. I am being drawn further down. Can’t get any further. Green, big
snake is going to help me. There’s a spiral I can use to walk
upwards. Up to the head. Goes behind the sad eyes. I see an
engine room or laboratory. Exciting, I’m curious.
7. They are very busy in there, behind the glass. A handle. I grasp it
and steam is let out in beautiful colours. They fill the whole room.
I get out of the snake’s nostrils.
POST: The experience of reaching the absolute bottom, can’t get worse. A
new way of ’getting up’ emerges. Slow down!
MANDALA x 2: The snake + lava and the steam. – A turning point?
1. Face vanishes -> black hole. Sadness. Head is gone. Wish? See what
the emptiness might contain? Flies into the black hole. There’s a teddy
