delivery of the high proportion of part-time teachers). The challenge <strong>for</strong> the visual arts is<br />

to ameliorate the potential negative aspects of the discipl<strong>in</strong>e group while reta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong><br />
