essays which seek to develop both the theory <strong>and</strong> practice of teach<strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> assess<strong>in</strong>g skills<br />

<strong>in</strong> undergraduate <strong>and</strong> vocational legal education. Some of the examples are now somewhat<br />

dated, but most of the underly<strong>in</strong>g th<strong>in</strong>k<strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> experience rema<strong>in</strong>s highly relevant.
