Adoption <strong>Leave</strong> (Ky. Rev. Stat. § 337.015)<br />

Covered Employers: All employers.<br />

Eligible Employees: All employees.<br />

• Types of <strong>Leave</strong>: For placement of an adoptive child under the age of seven.<br />

Amount of <strong>Leave</strong>: Reasonable personal leave, not <strong>to</strong> exceed six weeks.<br />

Procedural Requirements<br />

• Notice: Employee must make written request for leave.
