you can use with Microsoft’s Excel or another spreadsheet program that<br />

can read XLS files (see “Using the Financial Planning Spreadsheets,”<br />

• MP3 audio files that you can listen <strong>to</strong> using your computer’s media or<br />

MP3 player (see “Listening <strong>to</strong> the Audio Files,” below).<br />

Listening Without Installing<br />

If you don’t want <strong>to</strong> copy 44 MB of audio files <strong>to</strong> your hard disk, you can<br />

“play” the CD-ROM on your computer. For details, see “Playing the Audio<br />

Files Without Installing,” below.<br />

Installing the Form Files On<strong>to</strong> Your Computer<br />

Before you can do anything with the files on the CD-ROM, you need <strong>to</strong><br />

install them on<strong>to</strong> your hard disk. In accordance with U.S. copyright laws,<br />

remember that copies of the CD-ROM and its files are for your personal<br />

use only.<br />

Insert the Forms CD-ROM and do the following:<br />

Windows 2000, XP, and Vista Users<br />

Follow the instructions that appear on the screen. (If nothing happens when<br />

you insert the Forms CD-ROM, then (1) double click the My Computer<br />

icon; (2) double click the icon for the CD-ROM drive in<strong>to</strong> which the Forms<br />

CD-ROM was inserted; (3) double click the file WELCOME.EXE.)<br />

By default, all the files are installed <strong>to</strong> the \FMLA <strong>Guide</strong> Resources folder<br />

in the \Program Files folder of your computer. A folder called “FMLA <strong>Guide</strong><br />

Resources” is added <strong>to</strong> the “Programs” folder of the Start menu.
