As in the previous examples, there is a locative argument in the construction, namely
kisal aratta ki .ka, “in the halls of Aratta,” but forms in which there is a locative or
ablative argument such as this one seem to differ systematically from those in which a
terminative postposition occurs in the same position such as in the following example
from Lugalbanda.
