Here in (28), the use of the *mini-√ prefix is identificational as well. In terms of the
semantics of causation, the example in (28) is among the clearest, since whatever the
overall discursive structure of the passage, it is clear that Ur-Namma must be the causer
rather than the causee of mi.ni.in.mu 2, hence “the one who made it grow” rather than
“the one made to grow.”
