11.7.1 Contractor's Contractual Liability Insurance
Minimum coverage to be:
Bodily Injury $ 500,000 for each person
$1,000,000 for each occurrence
$1,000,000 aggregate
Property Damage $ 500,000 for each occurrence
$1,000,000 aggregate
11.7.2 Contractor's Protective Liability Insurance
Minimum coverage to be:
Bodily Injury $ 500,000 for each person
$1,000,000 for each occurrence
$1,000,000 aggregate
Property Damage $ 500,000 for each occurrence
$500,000 aggregate
11.7.3 Automobile Liability Insurance
Minimum coverage to be:
Bodily Injury $1,000,000 for each person
$1,000,000 for each occurrence
Property Damage $ 500,000 per accident
11.7.4 Prime Contractor's and Subcontractors' policies shall include contingent and contractual
liability coverage in the same minimum amounts as 11.7.1 above.
11.7.5 Workmen's Compensation (including Employer's Liability):
11.7.5.1 Minimum Limit on employer's liability to be as required by law.
11.7.5.2 Minimum Limit for all employees working at one site.
11.7.6 Certificates of Insurance must be filed with the Owner guaranteeing fifteen (15) days prior
notice of cancellation, non-renewal, or any change in coverages and limits of liability shown
as included on certificates.
