1.04 SUBMITTALS:<br />

A. Product Data: For each type <strong>of</strong> product.<br />

1. Include construction details, material descriptions, glazing and fabrication methods,<br />

dimensions <strong>of</strong> individual components and pr<strong>of</strong>iles, hardware, and finishes for aluminum<br />

windows.<br />

B. Shop Drawings: Include plans, elevations, sections, hardware, accessories, insect screens,<br />

operational clearances, and details <strong>of</strong> installation, including anchor, flashing, and sealant<br />

installation.<br />

C. Samples: For each exposed product and for each color specified, 2 by 4 inches in size.<br />

D. Samples for Initial Selection: For units with factory-applied color finishes.<br />

1. Include similar Samples <strong>of</strong> hardware and accessories involving color selection.<br />

E. Samples for Verification: For aluminum windows and components required, showing full<br />

range <strong>of</strong> color variations for finishes, and prepared on Samples <strong>of</strong> size indicated below:<br />

1. Exposed Finishes: 2 by 4 inches.<br />

2. Exposed Hardware: Full-size units.<br />

F. Product Schedule: For aluminum windows. Use same designations indicated on Drawings.<br />

G. Blast Testing or Analysis Reports: Submit one or more <strong>of</strong> the following as necessary to<br />

demonstrate compliance with all specified requirements for blast resistance.<br />

1. Static test results in accordance with ASTM E330.<br />

2. Airblast test results in accordance with ASTM F1642.<br />

3. Structural analysis data prepared by or under the supervision <strong>of</strong> a pr<strong>of</strong>essional engineer<br />

experienced in the design <strong>of</strong> blast-resistant glazing systems.<br />
