SECTION 265000 - INTERIOR LIGHTING FIXTURES: continued
3.05 GROUNDING:
A. Provide equipment grounding connections for interior lighting fixtures as indicated and
specified. Tighten connections to comply with tightening torques specified in UL 486A to
assure permanent and effective grounds.
3.06 DEMONSTRATION:
A. Upon completion of the installation of interior lighting fixtures, and after building circuitry has
been energized, apply electrical power to demonstrate capability and compliance with
requirements. All interior lighting shall be demonstrated during nighttime lighting
demonstrations. Where possible, correct malfunctioning units at the site, then retest to
demonstrate compliance; otherwise, remove and replace with new units and proceed with
retesting.
