SECTION 262416 - PANELBOARDS<br />

PART 1 - GENERAL<br />

1.01 SUMMARY:<br />

A. This Section specifies panelboards, including cabinets and boxes, as indicated by drawings and<br />

schedules, and as specified herein.<br />

B. Types <strong>of</strong> panelboards and enclosures required for the project include the following:<br />

1. Service entrance panelboards.<br />

2. Power distribution panelboards.<br />

3. Lighting and small power panelboards.<br />

4. Emergency power panelboards.<br />

C. Related Work Specified Elsewhere:<br />

1. Wires/cables, electrical boxes, fittings, and raceways required in conjunction with the<br />

installation <strong>of</strong> panelboards and enclosures: Other DIVISION 26 Sections.<br />

i. Special Use Markings: Provide panelboards constructed for special use with<br />

appropriate UL markings which indicate that they are "Suitable for Use As Service<br />

Equipment."<br />

a. FS W-C-375 Series - Molded-Case Circuit-Breakers, Branch Service and Circuit.<br />

b. FS W-S-115 - Power Distribution Panel.<br />

c. FS W-S-865 - Surface-Mounted Switch Box (Enclosed).<br />

d. FS W-F-870/Gen - Fuseholders and Fuseclips.<br />
