PRODUSUL DE INTELLIGENCE –
COLECTARE, ANALIZĂ, DECIZIE

Any information service military is concerned about how the state interests that it serves are
threatened. In a globalization era, in more areas around the world we witnessing a paradigm
change in the power of a state, which no longer takes into account - as much as before - by military
force states. This makes the beneficiaries of "intelligence" to become increasingly interested in a
wide range of non-military issues. If in the past an event produced long away distance from the
naţional territory shall be deemed not affect the interests of the state and therefore not of
importance for policy makers, today, when the main threats are transnaţional (organized crime,
terrorism, the spread of technologies that enable the manufacture weapons of mass destruction),
should be a completely different approach.
From the counter-intelligence activity point of view, military information represents a news
story or a message on the facts and events of military and military-political to be understood, used
by governing bodies and sent to executive authorities to facilitate the achievement of objectives.
Production of information aimed at permanent understanding of mission and assuming briefings
and meetings (to conduct the act of driving), and assure the elaboration of documents.
The product of the information is represented by any means, from an official report to a brief
conversation, through an analyst of information data transmit processed data to decision-makers or
military commanders who need and can use them.
Informaţia este cunoaşterea evenimentelor, tendinţelor şi persoanelor care pot
afecta ţara, instituţia sau serviciul în cauză. Activitatea de informaţii presupune mai
mult decât simpla descriere. Ea elaborează un produs “care rezultă din colectarea,
relaţionarea, evaluarea, analiza, integrarea şi interpretarea tuturor informaţiilor
adunate”.
Informaţia brută este echivalentul unui material neevaluat şi neexploatat, care
este de interes pentru un serviciu de informaţii. Aceasta poate fi prezentată prin
fotografii, filme, texte, mesaje sonore sau video. După prelucrare, aceste date pot
deveni relevante pentru serviciul respective, dobândind relevanţă.
Informaţia de bază este un material de referinţă, care priveşte structurile
politice şi militare, economia, geografia, resursele, capacităţile sau vulnerabilităţile
unei ţări sau ale unei organizaţii.
Informaţia clasificată reprezintă informaţia oficială care a primit caracterul de
interes pentru securitatea naţională şi care face obiectul unei protecţii împotriva
difuzării neautorizate.
În România, în conformitate cu legea 51/1991, principala instituţie abilitată să
desfăşoare activitatea de culegere, verificare şi valorificare a informaţiilor destinate
prevenirii şi combaterii ameninţărilor la adresa siguranţei naţionale, este Serviciul
Român de Informaţii.
